- 配送时间：新加坡本地订单通常在1-3个工作日内送达
- 配送范围：我们目前仅提供新加坡境内配送服务
退货政策
我们理解有时商品可能不符合您的期望，因此我们制定了公平透明的退货政策。
在原发货日期后14天内退回且保持全新状态的商品，有资格获得全额退款或商店积分。
退货政策详情：
- 退货期限：自原始发货日期起14天内
- 商品状态：必须保持原样、未经使用且带有原始标签
- 退款方式：退款将退回至原始付款方式
- 退货运费：客户负责退货的运费，原始购买时的运费/手续费不予退还
- 特价商品：所有特价商品为最终购买，不接受退货

All orders shipped with J&T Express.
Our delivery policy includes:
- Free Shipping: Always free shipping for orders over S$20
- Order Tracking: All orders are shipped with a J&T Express tracking number
- Delivery Time: Local Singapore orders typically delivered within 1-3 business days
- Delivery Area: We currently only deliver within Singapore
Return Policy
We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, so we have established a fair and transparent return policy.
Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
